Monday 21 April 2008

Polehill has been fishing very well over the past two weks with plenty of small skimmers and larger bream appearing in the middle lake. The weather conditions have been terrible with constant easterly's for nearly a month now. Things look set to change with west winds and milder conditions coming in at the end of the week. This should incourage the good head of tench in the lakes to start feeding.

If you are interested in fishing competitions the dates are listed below. These competitons are for everybody, so dont be put off if you have not fished a match before as there will be plenty of anglers including staff members there to help you get into the way of things. If you are interested in competing please mail us through our contact page. Remember, you can pick and choose which ones you want to fish, but notice should be given as spaces could be filled.
